IT'S TIME TO HEAL
About
Before this chapter of my life, I was like many people—busy caring for others, moving through life as a RN, and trusting that my health would simply continue as it always had. I had always believed that if I took care of myself, everything would stay on track. I felt grateful for the ability to show up fully in my work and relationships, never questioning that my body would continue to support me in the same way. I never expected that my understanding of health and my own body would be challenged in such a profound way, or that it would ultimately lead me down a path I never could have planned.
In my early 30s, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and told there were no clear answers as to why it had developed, only that my body was “attacking itself” and that I would likely need immunosuppressant medication for the rest of my life.I remember feeling angry, confused, and quietly hopeless.
The narrative I was given left me believing my body had failed me, that something inside me was fundamentally broken. I felt betrayed by my own body and terrified of what the future might hold.
Yet deep down, something didn’t sit right. I couldn’t accept that the body God designed was simply defective or working against itself. I felt there had to be more to the story. That diagnosis wasn’t the end of my journey. It was the beginning of my search.

What started as a personal fight for my own health slowly became a deeper calling. I began to study the body through a different lens, one that asked not just what was happening, but why.I immersed myself in root-cause, systems-based, and integrative approaches to health. The more I learned, the more I saw patterns, connections, and underlying imbalances that were often overlooked. Instead of viewing the body as broken, I began to see it as intelligent, adaptive, and constantly communicating.
My faith played a powerful role in this shift. I came to believe even more deeply that God designed our bodies with the capacity to heal when given the right support, the right tools, and the right environment. This season transformed not only how I understood my own health, but how I understood healing itself.

Today, my personal journey is the foundation of how I care for others. As a Registered Nurse and Integrative Healthcare Practitioner, I support individuals who feel tired, stuck, discouraged, and done just coping with chronic symptoms, including autoimmune and chronic pain concerns. I work with clients who want more than management. They want understanding. They want direction. They want hope.
I partner with my clients to uncover what may be driving their symptoms, identify the tools their bodies are asking for, and support sustainable, whole-person healing.
Because I know what it feels like to sit in confusion and fear. And I know how powerful it is when someone finally looks deeper and walks with you through the process. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
